Thank you everybody at UK Building Specialists in Stockport for completing the refurbishment on my property and now the house looks amazing, especially with the new extension at the back of the house you carried out. We would highly recommend this company for all building works and new builds as they took all the stress out of the build from the building application to building control including the building inspector meetings with the planning department.
Their work force, company surveyors and architects were very pleasant and kept the property clean and was very professional throughout the complete build. Although we changed our minds on a few aspects during the project Arthur the surveyor was happy to make any changes and followed them through, taking away any stress we may have had.
We would recommend this company to all my friends and family 100%
